By participating in this community, you agree to abide by these guidelines and understand that violations may result in restrictions to access, removal from the program, and/or impact eligibility for the placement guarantee

1. Professional Standard

This community is built for individuals pursuing high-level professional outcomes.

Members are expected to communicate, participate, and conduct themselves in a manner consistent with a professional environment.

Low-effort, unserious, or disruptive behavior is not tolerated.

2. Ownership & Accountability

You are responsible for your own results.

Show up prepared

Follow the process

Execute consistently

Blaming external factors, the market, or the program without full effort is not aligned with the standards of this community.

3. Respect & Conduct

All members must treat others with respect.

The following will not be tolerated:

Harassment or personal attacks

Disrespect toward coaches or members

Toxic, combative, or disruptive communication

Disagreements are fine—unprofessional behavior is not.

4. Engagement Expectations

This is an active, performance-driven environment.

Members are expected to:

Participate in coaching calls

Complete training modules

Engage in the placement process

Passive consumption or lack of participation will limit results and may impact eligibility for program benefits.

5. No Spam or Self-Promotion

This is not a platform for:

Promoting your own services

Recruiting members

Posting unrelated offers

All communication should be relevant to training, development, and placement.

6. Confidentiality

All training materials, systems, frameworks, and internal discussions are proprietary.

You may not:

Share materials outside the program

Distribute content publicly

Provide access to non-members

Violations may result in removal and further action.

7. Dress Code & Presentation

Members are expected to present themselves in a professional manner during all coaching calls, recorded submissions, and interactions with hiring companies.

While formal attire (e.g., suits) is not required, clothing and presentation should be appropriate for a professional sales environment.

Clothing or appearance that is overly casual, distracting, or unprofessional may not be permitted and may impact participation in calls, evaluations, or certification.

8. Representation of the Brand

You represent the Bond Sales brand when interacting with:

Hiring companies

Prospects

Other professionals

Unprofessional behavior externally may impact your standing within the program.

9. Compliance with Program Structure

Members must follow:

The training process

Coaching guidance

Application and placement procedures

Deviating from the process while expecting guaranteed outcomes is not acceptable.

10. Enforcement

Bond Sales LLC reserves the right to take action in response to violations of these guidelines.

This may include:

Warnings

Suspension of access

Removal from the program

Forfeiture of the placement guarantee (as outlined in the Terms of Service)

11. Alignment

This community is designed for individuals who are serious about building a professional skillset and generating income through high-ticket sales. If your actions consistently fall outside of these standards, this may not be the right environment for you.
